Fisherman's Landing LNG Project

Gladstone LNG Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of LNGL, is developing a mid-scale, 3.5 mtpa design capacity LNG export terminal at Fisherman's Landing in the Port of Gladstone, Queensland, Australia (the Fisherman’s Landing LNG Project or FLLNG Project).
The Company has secured a 24-hectare mainland site (approximately 60 acres) under an Agreement for Lease with Gladstone Ports Corporation Limited. The Agreement for Lease includes, as an annexure, the agreed form of Lease, including a 20-year lease term (with two 5-year term extension options). The site has access to existing port infrastructure and services and the Company has received all necessary approvals for a 3 mtpa minimum LNG production plant. Subject to relevant approvals, the site is capable of accommodating up to 4 LNG trains, with a combined LNG design capacity of 7 mtpa.

The Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) has extended the term of the Site Agreement for Lease with Gladstone LNG Pty Ltd associated with the FLLNG project until 31 March 2017. There is also an option to extend this agreement a further 12 months until 31 March 2018, subject to the provision of appropriate evidence demonstrating to GPC that the FLLNG Project remains a positive investment intention.
No significant capital will be committed to the FLLNG Project until binding gas supply agreements have been materially advanced.
