A key feature of the Project Site is the Kinder Morgan Louisiana Gas Pipeline which crosses the property.  This pipeline has interconnections to Columbia Gulf, Transco, TETCO, Texas Gas, ANR and Pine Prairie pipelines to supply natural gas to the site.

There is extensive regional infrastructure and utilities support, including a nearby electrical sub-station and available fresh water. Minimal marine investment is required.
