Mr Gregory M Vesey - Executive Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Gregory M Vesey

Greg joined LNGL as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective 4 April 2016, based in Houston Texas.

Greg has held senior executive roles in the international energy sector through a distinguished career of 35 years with Chevron and Texaco.

Most recently he was President of Chevron Natural Gas & Vice President, Gas Supply and Trading from 2011 to 2015.  In this role he was responsible for Chevron’s Global LNG, natural gas, and natural gas liquid marketing and trading activity and was based in Houston. Previously as President of Chevron Global Power Company, he led a business unit which held a portfolio of commercial power plants and projects in the U.S., Asia, Middle East and Europe.  Prior to that he led Chevron Technology Ventures for five years where he was responsible for creating a portfolio of new opportunities in technology commercialization, emerging energy and Chevron's venture capital investing.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana.

In 2015 he completed a four-year term on the board of the Natural Gas Supply Association of America which is based Washington DC, the last two years of which he served as Chairman.  He currently serves on two non-profit boards - Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas and the Alley Theatre in Houston.

Mr Michael Reed Mott - Chief Financial Officer

Mike joined LNGL as Chief Financial Officer effective 1 October 2014, based in Houston, Texas.

Employed by BG Group from 2003 to September 2014, Mike held a number of senior finance, strategy and operations roles including: VP, Finance, Planning and Economics ‐ Americas and Global LNG region; Regional General Manager ‐ Strategy and Implementation; SVP ‐ Americas Operations; and in 2013/14, SVP ‐ Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE), responsible for BG Group's global workforce.

Mike held progressively senior accounting and risk management roles for Dynegy Inc. from 1995, becoming SVP ‐ Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from 2001 to 2003.

He spent thirteen years with Price Waterhouse LLP before joining Dynegy.

Mr John Baguley - Chief Operating Officer

John Baguley

John joined LNGL in May, 2014 as the Magnolia LNG LLC Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Houston, Texas. In November 2015 he was named as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for LNGL in addition to his ongoing role as MLNG COO; and in June 2017 he was appointed as COO for LNGL.

John brings over 30 years’ experience in the successful delivery of front end engineering design and EPC services for major LNG plants and projects worldwide, including serving as a Project Director, Project Manager and Engineering Manager for some of the world’s most challenging facility locations. He was employed by KBR for 33 years prior to joining LNGL, where in addition to his project roles John held the positions of Vice President – LNG Development and Vice President - Project Management for Gas Monetization. He provides LNGL a proven record of bringing innovative projects and concepts into operation. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the US State of Texas.

Mr Joseph B’Oris - Chief Development Officer

Joseph B’Oris

Joseph (Joe) B’Oris joined LNGL on 27 November 2017 as Chief Development Officer with overall responsibility for all aspects of commercial development and marketing, tolling parties and offtake agreements, project development and strategy, and ensuring organizational knowledge regarding market factors impacting global LNG supply and demand. Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry specifically focused in LNG and midstream.

Joe began his career at Getty Oil (later acquired by Texaco). While at Texaco, Joe was responsible for all commercial activities on the Sabine Pipeline, which is the owner and operator of the Henry Hub. Following his position at Texaco, he served in leadership roles in various LNG projects across the world for Nexen Energy/CNOOC Ltd., Shell, Marathon, and Jordan Cove LNG, where he was responsible for commercial and business development activities. Joe most recently operated a private consulting business focused on supporting the development and commercial activities of various LNG development, pipeline, and midstream companies.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa.

Ms Lisa Vassallo - Vice President, Human Resources

Lisa Vassallo

Lisa joined LNGL in the Houston, Texas office as Vice President Human Resources effective February 9, 2015.

Lisa has over 18 years' experience working with Human Resources in various energy companies, including retail energy, oilfield services, renewable energy, and LNG.

She has worked in progressively senior roles with large and small companies in both an HR Generalist capacity, as well as specializing in Talent Acquisition.

Prior companies include Reliant Energy, PathFinder/Schlumberger, Vestas, and Nabors Industries.

Mr Andrew Gould - Group Development Manager/Company Secretary

Mr Andrew Gould

Andrew joined LNGL as Group Development Manager on 1 January 2015 after several years as a consultant with the Company. He has worked in senior roles in the finance and energy sectors for over 20 years, including United Energy, Pacific Hydro, Orchard Petroleum and AusNet Services.

Andrew's work with these companies involved: mergers, acquisitions and divestments; business development; strategic planning; capital raisings; investor, media and government relations; sustainability and relationship management.

Andrew also worked at JBWere as a Resource Analyst in the Research Department and as a Director in the Corporate Services Group, where he was involved with Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), equity capital raisings and advisory work for oil & gas, energy infrastructure and renewable energy companies.
